Cancellation Policy
48-Hour Cancellation Policy We value your time and ours, so we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next course section, while the full session fee will still apply. This policy allows us to maintain fairness, keep our schedule running smoothly, and accommodate other clients on our waiting list. Thank you for your understanding and respect.
